Welcome to NapoleoN Chat, a private, encrypted communication platform owned and operated by Maia Capital LLC (Delaware – USA).
By accessing or using NapoleoN Chat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy (“Terms”).
These Terms govern your use of the NapoleoN Chat application (“App”), website, and all related services provided by Maia Capital LLC.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the App immediately.

1. About NapoleoN Chat
NapoleoN Chat is a secure, end-to-end encrypted messaging application that allows users to send text messages, images, videos, audio files, and documents, and to make voice and video calls safely and privately.
NapoleoN Chat provides absolute privacy:
No personal data, chat messages, or metadata are stored on any server.
Usernames (“nicknames”) are completely anonymous and are not linked to any phone number, email address, SIM card, IMEI, or device account.
Once a message is read and automatically destroyed, it is completely erased from all systems and servers. It cannot be recovered, retrieved, or accessed by anyone, not even by NapoleoN Chat or Maia Capital LLC.
NapoleoN Chat exists to guarantee that your privacy is only yours.
2. Proper Use of Services
By using NapoleoN Chat, you agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable national and international laws.
You must not use NapoleoN Chat to:
Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate others.
Distribute or share child pornography or explicit content.
Promote terrorism, hate speech, or organized crime.
Impersonate other individuals or entities.
Spread false information or disinformation.
Commit or promote acts prohibited by local or international penal codes.
Violation of these rules may result in permanent suspension of your account and legal action.
3. External Providers
NapoleoN Chat works with highly secure, world-class third-party providers for infrastructure and communication support.
However, Maia Capital LLC is not responsible for failures, errors, or interruptions caused by these third-party providers, nor for temporary unavailability of the App, servers, or networks.
All users acknowledge that the use of digital communication services involves inherent risks such as data loss, latency, and possible technical interruptions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, including trademarks, logos, brand identity, name, slogan, source code, designs, and all intellectual property related to NapoleoN Chat, are the exclusive property of Maia Capital LLC (Delaware – USA).
Any reproduction, imitation, modification, or unauthorized use will be subject to legal action under international copyright and trademark laws.
The trademark and logo “NN NapoleoN Chat”, “NN”, “NapoleoN Chat”, “NN NapoleoN”, “NapoleoN”, “NN Chat”, are registered and protected internationally. No third party may claim ownership, registration, or usage rights similar to NapoleoN Chat without explicit written authorization from Maia Capital LLC.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
NapoleoN Chat guarantees absolute privacy and protection of communications.
The App does not collect, store, or share any personal information.
No data is recorded, archived, or sold to any third party.
Messages, media, and calls are end-to-end encrypted.
NapoleoN Chat has no access to your conversations, or media.
By using NapoleoN Chat, you acknowledge that this level of privacy also means that lost or deleted messages cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Maia Capital LLC and NapoleoN Chat shall not be liable for:
Any loss of messages, data, or files.
Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service.
Any attack, hack, virus, or technical failure affecting servers or networks.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
NapoleoN Chat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
No warranty is given that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to cyberattacks. This includes, but is not limited to, any malfunction, outage, or technical error beyond the company’s control.
Users acknowledge and accept that all use of NapoleoN Chat is at their own risk.
7. Service Modifications and Updates
Maia Capital LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or version of NapoleoN Chat at any time and without prior notice.
Updated versions of these Terms will always be published on the official website:

Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
NapoleoN Chat offers a free trial period of three (3) days for all new users.
After the trial ends, users may choose between the Annual, Lifetime, or Lifetime VIP subscription plans.
If a user makes a payment and wishes to request a refund, the request must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours (3 calendar days) after the payment was completed.
Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days from the date the request is received and will be made through the same payment method originally used.
Users may cancel their subscription renewal at any time before the renewal date. However, once the subscription renews and seventy-two (72) hours (3 calendar days) have passed, no refunds will be issued.
This policy is in full compliance with U.S.A. and European Union digital service regulations, as NapoleoN Chat provides an intangible digital service.
Once the user accesses or activates the service, the product is considered “consumed”, and refund rights no longer apply.
Once the user accesses or activates the service, it is deemed fully delivered and consumed as a digital service under applicable U.S.A. and European Union consumer law.
Maia Capital LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not strictly comply with the conditions above.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
Any dispute arising from the use of NapoleoN Chat shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware, USA.
11. Language Clause
For all legal purposes, the official and binding version of this document is English.
In case of discrepancies with any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Any ideas or proposals you share with NapoleoN Chat become the property of Maia Capital LLC, without obligation to provide compensation.
